Main tasks
- Develop and implement effective communication and dissemination plans for EBS activities;
- Producing and developing communication and marketing material including reports, one-pagers, newsletters, key messages and stories;
- Manage press relations and support EBS’ work with media
- Coordinate and post content across EBS digital channels, particularly mass mailing systems.
- Utilising online metric tools to report on statistics for websites, social media, and email campaigns’ impact;
- Measure the effectiveness of communications activities and engagement with audiences;
Your profile
- University graduate in a relevant field (Communications, public relations, EU studies or similar);
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience in communications;
- Excellent written and spoken English skills; knowledge of French is desirable.
- IT literacy;
- Demonstrated experience with relevant communications channels such as website management, media relations, email campaigns, corporate communication, and event organization;
- Knowledge of WordPress, knowledge of email marketing tools (Flexmail, MailChimp, Sendgrid) and knowledge of Adobe Package (especially InDesign and Photoshop);
- Experience with press relations;
- Basic CRM utilization notions are desirable;
- Good research and analytical skills;
- Ability to work independently and as a team member;
