Ifa laboratory is a facilitation firm start-up specializing in cultural strategic relations and creativity and innovation. Clients are businesses, governments and organisations. Johanna Suo has twenty years of experience from culture and creative industries. At the age of 21 she co-directed a theatre in Stockholm, thereafter she has worked in different positions in several institutions, i.e. Goethe-Institut in Paris. She founded the association Innovation Culture Europe with the objective to improve knowledge between European countries and cultures through art and cultural projects. Johanna co-founded the European Cultural Parliament Youth Network and was also active several years as its coordinator. In Brussels she held the position as Director of Development at Cumediae, culture and media agency Europe. She was nominated to the Marshall Memorial Fellowship (German Marshall Fund of the United States) that she also later obtained, her personal research topics were art as crime and conflict prevention, youth and culture as economic drivers and culture in international relations.
